We were gathering at the Industry Project class where I saw Heechul with a new weird suit
_”Hey guys”- He sat down next to Yunho
_”How is it going?”- Yunho asked- “It’s been a while since we last met”
_”I got a two-week vacation in a hospital. Now, I’m doing fine”- Heechul shrugged
_”What’s wrong with you?”- Yoochun concerned
_”Well, just my poor heartache”- Heechul softly touched his chest, showing a fake sorrow-“I was dumped”
_”Yeah, people get dumped, people get heartache”
Yunho mumbled, showing no interest in Heechul’s joke. It could be due to the meeting between him and Jaejoong this morning. We saw him at the canteen and he gave back Yunho his “1543” paper plane. Maybe Yunho was really in love at this time as I could see he was really serious when shouting back:” Jaejoong, wait for a couple of months, and you will see, there is nobody treating you better than me”. Jaejoong, like usual, immediately left in embarrassment with his “so called” boyfriend, Junsu. He loved to hide and Yunho loved to chase. What a destiny….
_”Hey, I got something for you”-Siwon appeared with the dandy look like usual-“In the proposal, we don’t need to do anything further and…”
Yunho raised his eyebrows as he could be free from the assignment and also, he was questioning what Siwon was about to say
_”Are you free tonight?”- Siwon finally asked. I thought that there was something important, but just a simple question
_”No plan tonight”- Heechul answered-‘Right, guys?”
_”Sounds good”- Siwon nodded his head-“My basketball team has a party tonight. Would you like to come?”
_”I would love to”- Suddenly Yunho eyes became bigger and brighter as if nothing ever happened to him
_”See you at 9 o’clock in the club. Changmin…”- Siwon unexpectedly called my name-“Please come”
_”Oh… ok…” I was somehow reluctant
Siwon slightly smiled at me. I thought his attitude towards me had changed since that day. It was me who was underestimated by him. He could never think that I could stand up for him. It would be glad that his basketball team could be remained or at least our relationship was brought to a new level
_”Oh… A party to celebrate my hospital escaping”- Heechul yelled out

I had never been to a real club before, so I spent hours choosing which outfits to wear and which things to bring. Yunho told me to take it easy, guaranteeing that it would be a lot fun.
It turned out to be a lot of noise
The flash light kept on changing its color and people were dancing their asses off, but the way they moved was ridiculous. Yeah. The DJ was playing dance song, which brought more excitement. Music just blew them away. The club was so small and I had difficulty getting to our tables around which Siwon, Yunho, Yoochun, Heechul and other guys were sitting.
_”Hey, you’re late”- Heechul spotted me-“Drink it”
Sitting next to Yoochun, I received a cold bottle of beer from Heechul but I didn’t drink it.
_”Enjoy yourselves”- Siwon said excitedly-“I will treat you tonight”
_”Oh, really?”- A lot of surprises came from people
_”Yeah, I told you sometimes Lola Bunny is good”- Yunho seemed happy
_”Who is Lola Bunny?”- Siwon’s face changed
_”No one”- Yunho quickly changed his word
It was lucky for him. The music was loud enough to cover his saying. Maybe Siwon would not give a damn. He was having fun and so were people. They kept talking and playing with each other like there was no tomorrow
_”Go dance, guys”
One of our guys suggested and the half were on stage, except for the four of us. Yunho still had not finished his beer and he was busy texting message too. I highly doubted that he got Jaejoong’s number. It wasn’t that easy to get it. Yoochun felt lost in the crowd. I didn’t see him saying a single word. He was definitely not the type of hanging out and partying all night.
_”Who’s calling?’- I asked Yunho
_”My mom”- Yunho replied with his boredom
_”Seriously?”- Siwon raised his eyebrow, definitely thinking of the “mommy’s little guy” type
_” Just a pathetic woman who tries to get back her youth by getting involved in stupid relationships. But thanks to her, I found the love of my life”- Yunho smirked, which made him look like a real casanova
_”Yeah, let me guess”- Heechul began to smoke-“An old bitch standing in the corner of the street, huh?”
_”Shut up, jackass”- Yunho laughed-“At least, I was luckier than you. You got dumped, remember?”
_”Yeah. My family didn’t approve of him because he’s Chinese. I’m going to run away with him someday though”- Heechul said
_”A runaway couple. It’s really cool”- It was Yoochun’s turn to raise his voice
We really got into the conversation. We even shared our secret. I never felt so close with these guys before. Was it too late? It took me 21 years to deeply understand the true meaning of life.
_”Hey, somebody believes in fairy tales”- Yunho teased-“Tell us your story, Yoochun”
_ “Well, my girl… she…”- Yoochun hesitated, trying to bottle up his feeling-“She’s studying abroad, but we’re still in contact. Hey, you haven’t told us about the love of your life yet, Yunho…”
_”Uhm…”- Yunho seemed embarrassed-“It’s a long story, starting with my mom and me. We have a business partnership. If it succeeds, she gives me $500 in return”
_”What the hell”- Siwon yelled-“Your mom is too way generous. If I got her, I’d never leave her for the rest of my life”
_”We make a deal. Whenever her boyfriend comes to our house, I pretend to be her good boy. If I act well, the money is mine. That was a day when one of her boyfriends visited us, I was deadly drunk. I got a terrible headache. Then I vomited what I had eaten on his suit, you know, a brand new suit. My mom yelled at me, get the hell out of here”
_”Oh my god”- Imagining the angry face of Mrs. Jung, I just couldn’t stop myself from laughing
_”Then I ran out of the fucking house. My body stunk and people just disgusted with me. Here he came..”- Yunho smiled
_”So he helped you, huh?”- Yoochun asked
_”Yeah, drying my mouth with his handkerchief. I’m getting used to people flattering me to get my money. When I have nothing, they treat me like a fucking dog. That’s why I fell in love with that boy since that day. I feel touched by his kindness. The thing is when we met again, he didn’t seem to remember me. But I bet, he knows by heart every single formula in his financial accounting book”
I knew who was “the love of Yunho’s life”, no one but Kim Jaejoong. I thought it was love of first sight happened in Microeconomics class. But it turned out that they did meet before.
_”You guys are just pathetic. You know, Shakespeare said, It’s good to find love, but it’s better not to…”- Siwon said, feeling so lucky that he hadn’t been in love
_”So,don’t talk about this shit. After tonight, I’m going to forget everything. Cheer, guys”
They drank half of beer bottle. Then Heechul and Siwon joined other guys on stage.
_”Drink it”- Yunho gave brand new bottles of beer for Yoochun and me
_”No, no, we can’t…”- Yoochun and me both rejected and then suddenly looked at each other in confusion
_”Oh my god”-Yunho said pathetically- “Leave that fucking philosophy away. Tonight is yours. If you get drunk, I can take you home”
I doubted Yunho’s word as seeing him deadly drunk constantly. But believing in Yunho, Yoochun drank it and it got Yunho satisfied
_”You just kicked ass”- Yunho thumbed up
_”My level is low. Maybe I need your help”- Yoochun confessed
_”You got me babe”
Yunho winked an eye with Yoochun and then joined Heechul on stage. Only Yoochun and I left. Just the two of us. My brain didn’t process properly, there was nothing I could do but drinking beer
_”Do you usually go clubbing?”- I randomly asked
_”No, not much”- Yoochun smiled, the flash light turned his face into blue, like Avatar -“I spend most of my time composing”
_”Really?”- Yoochun was multi talent, I thought
_”Just some rubbish works”- He felt embarrassed, messing up his hair
_”But you didn’t tell me”- I pouted, trying to look cute
_”Oh, I’m sorry”.- Yoochun must have been guilty in front of me-“ But they are incomplete. I’ll show you when I get it done”
_”You promise?”
_”Promise…”- He looked out for a while-“Do you know how to dance?”
_”No”- I replied
_”Yeah. Let me show you my “3 little bears” move”
I was so excited that I couldn’t hold my breath. Yoochun dragged me on the dance floor and began to move. Oh my god. The way he moved was so so cute, liked a toddler moving in an advertisement I saw before. He taught me some easy dance moves which his mother loved to do in the kitchen. We had a lot of fun. We drank a lot of beers too. At that time, I thought I could never anybody more than him. There was only him in my heart
_”Changmin is exploding today”- I heard Yunho scream over there, he saw me and Yoochun dancing. And he was dancing very hard too
The disco ball on the ceiling kept spinning around. When colors took their turn to change, I felt myself completely happy. When I was young, I wished to live in a colorful life. And that was it. Everything was just perfect with music, beer and, especially Yoochun
_”Want more beer?”- Yunho asked
_“Yeah”- I did scream my lung out- “Today is my last day on earth. I WANT TO BE DRUNK”
I violently took a bottle of beer from Yunho’s hand and drank over a half of it.
_”You look excited today”- Yoochun said
_”Yeah. Drink it with me”
When I look back my past, I think I must have wasted my youth for rubbish things without going out to learn more things. It could be that I didn’t spend much effort on relationships, or school, so my memories were slight and tasteless like water. I wanted to get rid of it
When the DJ turned the song, my wildness went again, and I turned into a real beast. Maybe I had done something wrong and then darkness covered my eyes…
